Greetings from the heart of UOD's digital transformation! I'm Diler Ahmed Younis, the proud Director of the Directorate of Information Services (DOIS). Since joining UOD in August 2024, I've had the privilege of leading our team on a journey of innovation and growth.

With over 15 years of experience in academia and administration, I'm passionate about harnessing technology to empower our university community. My bachelor's degree in Computer Science ignited my lifelong love for the digital world, and my master's in Information and Communication Technology deepened my understanding of its transformative potential. Today, as a dedicated PhD student in Digital Image Cryptography, I'm exploring the exciting frontiers of data security.

As the Director of DOIS, my mission is to transform UOD into a digitally empowered institution. I believe in the power of collaboration and teamwork, and I'm committed to fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within our team. Together, we're working tirelessly to create a digital environment where our students, faculty, and staff can thrive.

Hi, I'm Dlzheen Hussein Yusef, and I’ve been part of the DOIS team since July 2013. Over the years, I've worked on a variety of IT skills, which I now apply in my current role at the University of Duhok's email office and contribute to the University's Digital Transformation process. I handle everything related to our academic community's email accounts on Google Workspace—from account setup and troubleshooting to ensuring secure communication for faculty, staff. My goal is to keep everyone at the university connected smoothly. Whether you're facing issues with your email or need help learning the ins and outs of email management, I'm your go-to person!
